The Rio Grande river basin is directly behind the backyard. The river itself is sometimes in view and sometimes not, depending on the water level and seasonal variations in the riverside vegetation. When the river is high, you can see and hear it. Wildlife, especially birds, that are attracted to the river add to the sights and sounds from the backyard and hot tub. There is also a small pond in front of the property.

The house is a two-bedroom, two bath luxury condominium with a comfortable living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and an amazing backyard with a shaded porch, fire features, four person hot-tub, and breathtaking views of the Rio Grande, mountains, and into Mexico. Plans have been drawn up for the addition of a viewing deck that extends out over the edge of the Rio Grande river basin. However, don’t worry about construction impacting your stay. No work will be conducted when the property is rented. All work will be completed in phases to make sure no guests are inconvenienced by work in progress.
